Bearing metal

We offer casting bearings with bearing metal of constitution in accordance with polish and international standards.

One of the best materials used in slide bearings is tin-based bearing metal denoted by polish standard as Ł89L. It is used in bearings that work at high-intensity dynamic and static loads with considerable tangential velocities. Such bearing are used in railway and shipyard industries.

We also offer full regeneration of used up or damaged slide bearings (picture on the right). This service includes: removing used up bearing metal layer, cleaning and tinning, casting with new bearing metal.

We use certified bearing metal Ł89L in accordance with polish standard PN-ISO4381/Ak. On request we will use any bearing metal by polish and international standards.

We have a certificate of recognition issued by BUREAU VERITAS applying to casting for bearing shells.
