Our company's wide offer includes also precision casting.

Our foundry's precision casting production line is based on lost wax technology and is constantly being improved. A lost wax casting also called by French name of cire perdue consist in casting using wax models based moulds.

The whole process of manufacturing using this method consist of many actions among which the most important are: preparing a silicone mould based on the original model, creating a wax model and a casting mould based on it, preparing casting moulds by removing the wax and annealing moulds, casting with liquid metal.

Using the lost wax technology we can cast parts of even most complicated shapes. Moreover it allows to precisely recreate the smallest details of initial casting model in a wax model. Therefore we get the final product with every detail of initial model without additional processing needed.

A lost wax technology is widely used in art casting as well as in production of casts for industry needs.

We have a certificate of recognition issued by BUREAU VERITAS applying to manufacture of precision castings.
